AAV Vectors Successfully Transduce Amphibian Neurons

Recent collaborative research on the development of adeno-associated viral vectors (AAVs) for amphibian neuroscience has been published. The study demonstrates the successful use of AAV vectors to transduce neurons in various amphibian species, including frogs and salamanders.

The research collaboration involved scientists from six different institutions, including the Darcy Kelley Lab at Columbia University.
